- Saved the company over $100k in consulting fees by confidentially producing cost-saving analyses to help support Directors in their decision-making process.

- Determined new high potential areas through the acquisition of unique web data via web scraping with Python.
- Assisted the Digital Team by writing HTML, CSS, AMPscript for an important digital campaign.

- Created a Python Programming module that automatically detects duplicated accounts in Salesforce (CRM) across Asia Pacific - 120 hours of labour saving.
- Created an Alteryx Workflow and Einstein Analytics Dashboard which allows reps to access their sales performance and projected incentive payments daily via their mobile, tablet or laptop leading to a 1 head count saving. This was part of a Global project, and I was first to deliver across all countries.
ANZ Commercial Excellence Analytics and Automation Manager 2020
- Promoted and offered a permanent position after 3 months in the previous role due to quickly fixing data related issues.
- Created a Python module that automates distributor sales reports – 240 hours of labour per year saving.
- Led the segmentation modelling for customers using sales, market share and the sales team input.
- Provided a case study which influenced a restructure of the sales team.

- Cleaned and re-mapped all territories across Australia and New Zealand for 2 franchises in Salesforce (CRM).

- Drove insights for Head of Sales and Marketing by utilising financial data, CRM data (Salesforce) and Government data - displaying the insights with PowerBi. This included case studies for increasing head count, greater segment focus, mapping customer journeys etc.
- Won New Employee of the Year.
- Received a global award for a sales effectiveness excel model ‘Time Allocation Tool’.

Sales Intelligence Manager 2016
- Promoted to a specialised role which brought more Data Analytics and Insights to the sales field force side of the business.
- Revived a CRM database that had not been maintained for the previous 3 years. Established policies and a more logical primary key to help improve data extracts and consistency of reporting.
- Extracted large data sets and created dashboards to help understand sales potential within areas. Combined this sales data with demographic data to help develop more robust sales strategies for the sales field force.
Special Project – Sales Execution 2016
- Invited to be a project lead for a global project to improve Australia’s sales execution. I worked with an internal consulting team to map all the current routines and processes for the commercial side of the business and helped develop new routines for National Account Managers.
- The team successfully rolled out the new routines and reporting structures to help better position our sales team to sell.
- Created a comprehensive library which covered all data metrics from different data sources available to the business (Quantium, Nielsen Home Scan / Scan, Stay in Front, Aztec and QuickTurn).
Revenue Management Analyst (Commercial Finance) 2015–2016
- Provided with intensive training from McKinsey Consulting on how to maximise profitability and optimise pricing using analytics within a business. This included monthly presentations to the ANZ CEO and CFO - producing insights developed from integrating shopping and financial data together to help make strategic decisions for the business.
- Overcoming initial resistance from stakeholders who preferred opinions/intuition over data, to being part of a team who drove most commercial decisions for the business.

A stretch assignment allocated to me in late 2015. I was asked to help optimise a process so that a project could be delivered successfully when it normally had a history of poor performance.
Region (APAC) moved from bottom ranking in 2014 to the number 1 ranking in the World for project delivery in 2015.
